What is Coaching?

Coaching is a confidential professional relationship in which a Coach partners with a client to create success and fulfillment in the client’s business and personal life.  Coaches promote discovery by asking provocative questions, providing an objective sounding board, stretching their clients by making requests, sharing their perceptions with honesty and providing encouragement and accountability for the achievement of measurable results.

Executive Coaching

Working with individual executives/leaders/professionals to move them to the next level of success.  Includes assessments, “shadowing” and regularly scheduled coaching sessions (on-site, telephone or combination).  A Client formulates a Coaching Development Plan that includes how results will be measured.  Periodic feedback to Client’s Sponsor (when appropriate) is given quarterly in a joint meeting or conference call with Coach, Client and Sponsor, preserving Client’s confidentiality but allowing input and feedback from Sponsor.
