Mike
Bellomy is a certified Life Coach and Human Behavior Consultant specializing
in executive coaching, team building and career transitions.
Mike’s authentic, engaging and professional style has inspired

discovered his passion for leadership and coaching during a successful 29- year
career with SBC. As Director
– SBC Network Testing reporting to V.P. – Network, Mike was responsible for
service quality assurance with a multi-level organization of several hundred
people across 13 states. Mike
managed an operations expense budget of $15M and project capital deployment
budgets in the hundreds of millions of dollars.
He utilized individual, management and group coaching to build dynamic
teams and worked with underperforming managers to either thrive in their
existing positions or seek another place in which they could better express
their unique strengths and talents. In
addition to large scope management and leadership, Mike’s business experience
includes: contract negotiations,
vendor relations, training development/delivery, diversity management and
representing sensitive issues before state regulatory boards and the Federal

Michele
is a frequent guest speaker for such groups as the Bexar County Women’s Bar

presentations and workshops on “Creating a Collaborative Workplace” and
“High Quality Living” have been describe as life changing by many of the
participants. Prior
to establishing her coaching practice in 1994, Michele spent 30 years in the
corporate arena, holding various marketing, training, operations and management
positions with major corporations such as Air Canada, Ramada Inns and Best
Western Hotels. She managed staffs of up to 850 and budgets of over sixteen
million dollars. She ended her
corporate career as Vice President of Reservation Services for La Quinta Inns.
Michele then spent 3 years in her own consulting business, working with airlines
and hotels in computerized call center environments and is a past president of
the International Association of Hotel Reservation Executives. Previously
Michele served as a member of the advisory board to then Chief Justice Warren
Burger, regarding private sector involvement in prison industries and as a board
member of the San Antonio Women’s Chamber of Commerce. Currently Michele
serves on the board of the San Antonio Professional Coaches Association.
She is an avid golfer and a board member of the Executive Women’s Golf
Association, San Antonio Chapter.
Mike’s educational
background includes an undergraduate degree in education from the Choosing to live a balanced life, Mike blends an extensive work schedule with time for other life priorities. He recently celebrated 30 years of marriage, and is the proud parent of two children, a son age 23, and a daughter, age 17.
Thomas’ coaching experience
primarily has been with upper level management.
He utilizes a variety of coaching structures—including one-on-one,
group sessions, teleclasses and the internet.
Totally focusing on the client, his aim is to assist individuals or
groups in reaching goals beyond their immediate horizon.
In 2003 Thomas created an “out of the box” Leadership program using
the principles of Aikido and Qigong (Gentle Martial Arts). Currently
